What if I told you that when I used to be a football player, I had to bring my own equipment to the training sessions? That I even paid to play?
It's true. For this reason, when I hung up my boots, I decided to make my way on football, this time off the pitch. When the will with the opportunity met, I became Sports Director for the Women's Football Department at Sporting Clube de Portugal. My goal was to professionalize the women’s game and offer the players the type of conditions that I never had the chance to have. However, I soon realized that my ability and willingness to help players went far beyond colors or symbols.
Thus, I founded Teammate Football Management, through which every day I take to the field my 17 years of experience in football and gather the different skills I have acquired throughout: as a player, as a sports director and, lastly, as an agent.
My experience as a Player makes me know exactly what your needs are, both on and off the pitch.
Being a Sports Director, made me understand what Clubs want and seek, how they think and decide, and also drew my attention to the whole bureaucratic and logistical process that takes place behind the scenes.
Finally, being an Agent made me realize the importance of having a Teammate by one’s side, always there to help you make the right choices towards success. It is what I never had, but I want you to have it!
The team you will never leave
There is only one thing we want: You being able to play without worrying about anything else. We want you to put all your effort into what you like doing the most. As for the rest, we will take care of it.
While you are at the pitch, we will take care of the whole process outside of it, always looking for the best opportunities for you, which can go from the biggest clubs in Europe to major sports brands.
But a real Teammate can never be the one who only show up for 90 minutes. We sure want to be part of all the journey and be by your side before you become a professional football player and even after that, when time comes for you to hang up your boots.
